SHIPPING POLICIES
Shipping Policy
Shipments are fulfilled Monday through Friday during normal business hours (Pacific Standard Time) excluding major holidays. All orders received after 12pm PST will be fulfilled and shipped on the following business day.
We ship to all 50 states. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. We hope to be able to offer international shipping soon so please check back in with us!
We encourage our customers to utilize our subscription model so you are guaranteed to have product delivered each month. This will prevent shipping delays and ensures you are not out of your KAMU favorites.
Order Processing, Delivery Method & Timing
Your shipping charges will be calculated and viewable at checkout. Shipments are sent using USPS First Class and USPS Priority Mail. Shipping times are dependent on location from our main warehouse and fulfillment center located in California. Typical shipping times may vary from 4-7 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times. This does not include any potential for inclement weather or holidays. Return & Refund Policy
It is your responsibility to check this “Refund & Return Policy” page each time you order our products to ensure you are up to date with any changes or amendments.
We want you to be satisfied with your KAMU purchase and want to provide you with excellent customer service. Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product(s) must be made within 72 hours of receiving the product to support@kamulabs.com. You will need to provide detailed information for any product damaged and photo proof of damage during shipping and submit within the allocated timeframe.
If you would like to make a return, please email us at orders@kamulabs.com and include your name, address, order number and reason for return. We do not offer complimentary return shipping at this time. If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Packages must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.
